When it's flat, the tulle cape is slightly oval in shape with an oval hole in the middle. Just place it over your head and you're good to go.
One size fits all.

When laying flat, the tulle oval measures 105cm (side to side length) x 88cm (front to back length).
The width of the (hole for) neck is 24cm.
When being worn, the cape finishes approx at the elbow.
