This Hot and Cold Pack helps to reduce swelling and relieve pain from headaches, inflamed joints or arthritic pain.

For cold therapy, the Gelpack is placed in the freezer for at least two and a half hours and then wrapped in LP Wrap or a towel before being applied to the injured area. The Gelpack stays flexible at sub-zero temperatures, and the therapy helps to reduce inflammation following injury or surgery.

For hot therapy, the Gelpack can be placed in boiling water or in a bowl in the microwave before being wrapped in LP Wrap or a towel and applied to the injured area. The thermal therapy helps promote soothing relief from tired, aching and injured muscles.

This Hot and Cold Pack is reusable and is covered by state-of-the-art, closed-cell neoprene which is laminated with “outerwear” nylon to ensure durability.
